1. Services Provided

Fotopod offers photo booth rentals for events such as weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, and more. Bookings include delivery, setup, operation, and removal.

2. Booking and Payments

• A booking is only confirmed after full or partial payment (as specified in your invoice).
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment methods: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• Cancellation with a full refund is available up to 7 days before the event. After that, a 50% fee applies.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details (location, date, access, etc.).
• Ensure a clean, level, and safe area for setup.
• Ensure electrical access and necessary permits if applicable.
• Be responsible for guests’ proper use of the equipment.

2. Equipment Damage

Clients are liable for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or guest behavior. A damage fee may be charged if repair or replacement is required.

5. Image Usage

Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use event photos for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.). If you wish to opt out, please notify us in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fotopod is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.
• Technical issues beyond our control.
• Loss of data or photos due to equipment failure.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, power outages, etc.).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court located in [your preferred state].

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
